Help Build the Supply Chain Workforce of the Future

The Technical Career Education Program (TCEP) of MHI has a mission to provide instructional support to educational institutions seeking to provide training for entry level students in material handling, logistics and the supply chain.

TCEP is taking on the major initiative to build the “Workforce of the Future” and provide training so that young persons entering the workforce, the unemployed, the under-employed and job changers can begin a career in this dynamic industry. Companies can become a part of this initiative by partnering with TCEP and schools in the program.

Ways to become a partner are:

–Help schools outfit their training centers with either donated or reduced cost equipment
–Become a part of an advisory council to help schools build the programs that will educate the next generation of employees in the field
–Offer scholarships through the Material Handling Education Foundation (MHEFI)
–Donate your time to speak to students and educators about the industry
–Set up tours of your facilities for students and educators.
–Internship Programs
