Help Supply Chain Education: Take a 15 Minute Survey (for a chance at prizes!)

As many of you may know we love to work with supply chain education. After all, that’s how you support the future of supply chain. We got an email from a doctoral student at the University of Dallas who is investigating sustainable supply chains and various factors that contribute to firm performance.

As part of this they’ve created a survey for real life supply chain professionals (that’s you) to take.

This is the copy they wrote:

Hello, my name is Niki Kissinger and I’m a doctoral student at the University of Dallas. I am investigating sustainable supply chains and am reaching out to supply chain professionals for help to complete my research.

To support my research, I created a survey that asks about your company’s pressures and social sustainability initiatives. This survey is 100% CONFIDENTIAL. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

As a gesture of my appreciation for completing my survey, you will be given the opportunity to enter your email (held in confidence) for a chance to win one of seven Amazon gift cards (1-$100 card, 2-$50 cards, and 4-$25 cards).

To take the survey, please click the following link (or you can copy and paste the following into your web browser): https://udallas.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_dnx7u1xhkGP6Djv

If you have any questions regarding your rights as a participant, you can contact to Dr. Gilbert Garza, Chair, Institutional Review Board for the University of Dallas, at garza@udallas.edu.

(As someone who’s been to grad school and had to complete research like this, I beg you to help them out. It’s so hard to get responses.)

Also, there are prizes. I don’t know about you, but I kind of lived off of things like this for a whole semester in grad school. I can tell you that the payoff it totally worth the time. It’ll be like 15 minutes, and you’ll either a) help out supply chain, or b) help out supply chain and get a gift card.

Time to get involved.
