Investing in Supply Chain for the Future
In addition to four keynote sessions, the MHI 2015 Annual Conference will include six expert panel sessions. These sessions offer a great opportunity to network and problem-solve with your peers on topics ranging supply chain management systems and omni-channel fulfillment to automation and workforce development.
On Tuesday, October 6, the conference will feature a panel on investing in supply chain for the future.
In order for a supply chain to advance, there is often a need to purchase new tools and adopt new processes. But it can be difficult to measure the ROI for supply chain improvements using silo-ed metrics. This panel will address the challenges of investing in supply chains for the short- and long-terms.
Moderator: James Patterson, Assistant Dean, Western Illinois University

Jeff LeClair, VP Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Basin Holdings
Erik Caldwell, SVP/General Manager, Luxottica Retail, North America
