WFMZ 69News interviewed eighteen year old Cheyenne Fenstermaker who has already found her dream job working in material handling. “For me to say, I’ve been here four years, I guess I can say it helped my figure out what I want to do with my life,” she explained. Fenstermaker will start working at a UPS distribution center this September.

Angela Jenkins, Summit head and Director of MHI Career & Technical Education challenges traditional education in today’s world. “The need for a four-year degree isn’t always the best career path into a growing industry. Go to a community college and come straight out of high school because of the deficiency in the workforce we have right now,” she said.
