MHI Goes Through Office Space Renovation and the Results Are Stunning

When we first heard that MHI would be transitioning to an open office environment there were mixed feelings among staff. After all, it was a big change and with change comes uncertainty. Now, after a long summer of construction the renovation is finally complete and it’s hard to deny how beautiful our new office space turned out. Let’s take a tour.

MHI Office Main Entrance

Welcome to our main entrance! I must say the glow is very alluring and the glass doors create an open and inviting first impression for our guests. We’ve only had one employee run into the glass doors so far (there is always one). Don’t worry, he’s ok.

The Bistro

Our break room has transformed into a lovely “Bistro”, as we call it. We have plenty of storage, a walk-in pantry, communal seating, and a huge refrigerator/freezer. My favorite part is the super cool light fixture that dangles over the kitchen island.

Main Conference Room

Ta-da! Here is our main conference room where the whole staff will meet to discuss very important things. In efforts to be more collaborative, we’ve decided to forgo table and chairs and sit indian style together. Just kidding, we’re expecting a large conference table to arrive soon.

Work Area

These work stations are incredibly clean and modern looking. The choice of color in the carpet, cube walls and cabinets keeps the environment light and bright. The perimeter of windows provides natural light and a beautiful view of the pond.

Inside the Cube

Meet Greg, my cube neighbor and funny meme guy. He’s already enjoying his sit/stand desk. Every employee’s work station has the sit/stand capability and double monitors.

Choice of Meeting Areas

The MHI team has several spaces available for all of our creative and collaborative genius moments including enclosed meeting rooms or more open and causal lounge areas.
