Students Get the Inside Look at ProMat With Student Days

Student Days is a two-day event at ProMat for academia and industry professionals to engage in real-world discussions about the technologies and the skill sets required for future influencers within the supply chain, material handling and logistics industry. Students and faculty members from universities, high schools, community colleges and technical schools with programs related to material handling, logistics and supply chain are eligible to participate.

Wednesday, April 5, 2017: Classroom Day

For the 14th consecutive year, the College Industry Council on Material Handling Education will sponsor the popular Classroom Day. This event provides students with the opportunity to visit the show floor and meet with exhibitors on guided tours, led by experts in their field. Over 200 students participate in Classroom Day each year and come away with a real world understanding of the products, services and technologies that enable the supply chain.

Thursday, April 6, 2017: Industry Tours

Climb aboard your pre-arranged ground transportation departing from McCormick Place to see real world applications at two local facilities using state-of-the-art technologies. Tours will have limited seating so book your school early!

ProMat 2017 will be held April 3-6 in Chicago’s McCormick Place.
