MHI has developed a leadership program dedicated to help you build strong leaders within your organization and ultimately retain and nurture top talent.
Through MHI’s Industry Leadership Program, new leaders will have the opportunity to connect with industry peers and leaders, gain a broader perspective of the supply chain and material handling industry, and grow their leadership skills and expertise. The 14 week-long cohort program starts on August 3 and combines tools, assessments, live virtual cohort learning, online courses, one-on-one coaching, peer mentoring, and senior industry leader connections.
The learning overview features curriculum on emotional intelligence, decision making, communication styles, art of negotiations, influencing strategies and more.
