Jon Gordon

Jon Gordon’s best-selling books and talks have inspired readers and audiences around the world. His principles have been put to the test by numerous NFL, NBA, MLB coaches and teams, Fortune 500 companies, school districts, hospitals and non-profits. He is the author of numerous best-selling books including The Energy Bus, The Carpenter, Training Camp, The Seed, You Win in the Locker Room First and The No Complaining Rule. Jon and his tips have been featured on The Today Show, CNN, CNBC, The Golf Channel, Fox and Friends and in numerous magazines and newspapers. Thomas Boykin

Thomas has over 28 years of industry and consulting experience helping clients improve performance and profitability by positioning their logistics and distribution functions to competitive advantage. Areas of focus include Supply Chain strategy development and implementation, distribution network design, logistics and distribution operations improvement, transportation management, merger integration and inventory management.

Known for taking large initiatives from concept to completion resulting in improved performance and profitability. Prior to his consulting career, Thomas held Industry positions with Allied-Signal Corporation, now Honeywell, as a Manufacturing Engineer in their Chemicals Division for 5 years. Thomas earned a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Georgia Tech.

Thomas has been one of the drivers for the MHI Annual Industry Report for the past 4 years. The reports profile how companies can use leading innovations to improve the performance of their Supply Chains.

Randy Lewis

Randy is the Founder of the NOGWOG Disability Initiative to assist businesses and communities developing and launching disability hiring programs. As Walgreens Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics, he pioneered a model that resulted in a more inclusive and effective workforce for the company, improved the well-being of the surrounding community, and has had a positive impact for all those involved, with and without disabilities.

Today, more than 10% of Walgreens logistics workforce is composed of people with disabilities who perform the same jobs, earn the same pay and are held to the same performance standards as fellow team members. Considered the “gold standard of disability employment” by the National Governors Association, the program has been subsequently replicated in companies both domestically and abroad including Procter & Gamble, UPS, Lowe’s, Meijer, Marks and Spencer.

Recognized as a “visionary of disability employment advocacy” domestically and internationally. Randy is a sought-after speaker on the lessons learned that apply to all business and community leaders who seek to make a difference. His 2014 book, No Greatness without Goodness, was named by Fast Company as one of its “Ten New Books You Need To Read This Year.”

Barbara Geraghty

Barbara Geraghty is a keynote speaker with a focus on what’s “new and now” in business. She is captivated by trends that disrupt and ultimately improve companies and their ability to serve their customers. Currently her attention is on Social Media and Generational Partnership, but there are bound to be new areas on her radar screen by October.

Barbara created a new category of sales skills as author of Visionary Selling, published by Simon & Schuster. Her clients include MHEDA, DuraServ, SAP, Rockwell Automation and Siemens. Before founding her own firm, she was the #1 Sales Manager in the Pacific Division of Sprint.
