Attend RPA Education Conference on February 6th!
Whether you are just starting to think about implementing reusable packaging into your supply chain, or you are a veteran user of reusables, you won’t want to miss the Reusable Packaging Association’s reusables education conference on Feb. 6, the first day of the show.
The RPA is the most comprehensive resource for best practices, studies and information about reusable packaging and systems. The RPA’s conference program will provide first-hand accounts and insights to help attendees make informed decisions about reusable packaging solutions and to improve their supply chain operations. RPA’s session, “Reusable Packaging – Efficient, Cost Effective and Sustainable Solutions for Today’s Supply Chains”, will be on Feb. 6 at the Georgia World Conference Center in room C102 from 1 to 4 p.m.
“Reusables bring significant savings in process efficiencies and costs when implemented into a supply chain,” said Bob Klimko, Chairman RPA Education Committee, and Director of Marketing at ORBIS Corporation. “However, it is a complex transition and requires thorough planning and alignment throughout the supply chain. The RPA conference will give attendees insights and tools to help them make a successful transition.”
The program will include the following presentations:
- Introduction to Reusables – The Who, What and Why of Reusable Packaging and How to Get Started presented by Bob Klimko, Chairman RPA Education Committee, ORBIS Corporation
- Financial Considerations for Reusable Packaging – Buy or Lease: How to Determine Which Works for You presented by Andy DeWitt, TOSCA
- Managing your Reusable Assets – Processes for Managing Reusable Resources presented by Keith Schall, Container and Pooling Services (CAPS)
A panel discussion with the presenters will follow the presentations. Also, the RPA is hosting a networking reception with refreshments following the conference.
