North American Ports Recognized as They Prepare for First Post-Panamax Decade
Colliers International recently recognized several North American ports for their performance as they prepare for the first Post-Panamax decade. Ports were awarded for capital expenditure spending, disaster preparedness, port efficiency, excellence in logistics, cargo and container growth, among other metrics.

On a side note, the report also noted how Superstorm Sandy brought to light how vital the American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN) is to America’s supply-chain.
