Combat Burnout at the Women in Supply Chain at ProMat

Burnout is an increasing challenge for many professionals. According to a recent survey from SHRM: “44% of 1,450 surveyed US employees feel burned out at work.” When you work in the supply chain, where long hours are standard and deadline pressure is amplified, it can be helpful to take measures to guard against burnout.

The Women in Supply Chain event at ProMat 2025 is designed to help you reset, refocus, and reconnect with your career passion.

Invest in Yourself

Taking place on Monday, March 17, 2025, from 12 pm – 5 pm at ProMat 2025, this event provides an opportunity to step away from daily demands and focus on strategies for long-term career satisfaction.

What to Expect:

Taylor Elyse Morrison, a speaker and coach who helps people create more fulfilling work days, will help you recognize the signs of burnout. She will also equip you with a toolkit to prevent burnout and bounce back from existing fatigue.

The women in supply chain event includes lunch and a networking reception, so it’s the perfect opportunity to connect with peers who understand the unique challenges of the supply chain industry. Both women and men are welcome to participate in this event. There will also be time to ask questions (insider tip: Taylor encourages people to ask about the time she pitched BeyoncĂ©’s Dad!).
