Logistics Needs in Response to Hurricane Michael

As the 3rd strongest storm in history, Hurricane Michael left behind catastrophic damage. Feeding the Gulf Coast, formerly known as the Bay Area Food Bank, is committed to providing relief to the communities impacted by Hurricane Michael as they rebuild their lives.

The organization has set up a temporary location in Panama City and are in need of additional equipment to handle the large amount of food they are getting to the area for those affected by Hurricane Micheal.

The specific need is the following:

– 2 Forklifts – propane with 2 back up tanks.
– 2 Electric pallet jacks – we can cycle out and get charged.
– 4 Manual pallet jacks.
– 2 Propane heaters as the temperature is dropping – extra propane tanks for them.
