Chris Finan is an entrepreneur with a passion for creating and scaling world-changing companies, products and policies.

Chris has founded, advised and served in executive leadership positions in a variety of early-stage and growth-stage cybersecurity companies, including Shape Security

(acquired by F5 Networks), ActZero (backed by Point72), and Impermium (acquired by Google).

Chris also previously served in the Obama administration as the Director for Cybersecurity Legislation and Policy on the National Security Council in the White House.

Robert Knake
Principal at Orkestrel, LLC

A leader in the cybersecurity field across government and industry, Rob Knake is the principal at Orkestrel, LLC a boutique cybersecurity firm.

Rob returned to the private sector after serving as Deputy National Cyber Director at the White House’s Office of the National Cyber Director. In that role, he led the development of the National Cybersecurity Strategy and oversaw Federal cybersecurity spending. Earlier in his career, Rob served as a Director on the National Security Council.

In addition to his government service, Rob has worked as a cybersecurity consultant and advisor to enterprises, startups, and cybersecurity firms. He is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and co-authored the best-selling books Cyber War: The Next Threat to National Security and What to Do About It (HarperCollins 2010) and The Fifth Domain: Protecting Our Country, Our Companies, and Ourselves in the Age of Cyber Threats (Random House 2019).
